The Association
The VizioN7 Residents' & Leaseholders' Association (V7RLA) is a volunteer organisation which works for and in the interests of all residents and leaseholders of VizioN7, a large mixed-use development in north London. The organisation is run by a committee of six volunteers from amongst the Resident and Leaseholder community including a chair, a secretary, a treasurer and three general members, all of whom are elected at the annual general meeting.
The goal of the V7RLA is to act as an intermediary between residents and leaseholders, and the managing agents, who are responsible for the effective running of the development and the budgeting of service charges. The more units that the V7RLA represent, the stronger our voice is.
