The Development
VizioN7 is a mixed-use development in Holloway, North London. Completed in 2006, the development consists of 560 one, two and three bedroom residential units as well as a number of commercial units on the ground floor which make up "The Studios Islington".
Originally part of the Arsenal Stadium redevelopment plan, the building was funded, and the freehold is still owned, by Stadium Capital Holdings, a property investment firm based in central London. On their website they describe the project as:
The Arsenal regeneration project involved transforming 60 acres of N7 and N5 into over 3,000 new homes 3 million sqft, creative business space with high ceilings, leisure and retail space, and community facilities including nursery schools, a medical centre, sub-regional waste transfer station, a gym/fitness centre and more.
Stadium Capital Holdings appoint the managers of the building, who are currently Gateway. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the development and the annual budgeting of service charges. It is their responsibility to ensure the lease is being complied with by both residents and staff.
