The V7RLA’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Monday, February 28th at 19:00. All residents and leaseholders are encouraged to attend. You need to be a member of the RLA, but can join for free at any time by visiting www.vizion7.org/join.

We had more people attend the 2021 AGM than ever, in no small part because we were all able to do so from home. It was such a success, that we're going to use Zoom again—but this time we'll get the Large Meetings add-on sorted out beforehand! The link will be made available before the event on Facebook and via email.
Topics that we'll be covering include the latest information on the cladding process, the development's 2022 budget, and the managing agent, James Andrew Residential. We will discuss the work of the Committee over the past year and hold elections for all committee positions. We'll also have an AOB section where members can bring up any other relevant topics that have been missed.

While most members of the current committee will be standing again, we would encourage anyone who would like to stand for a position (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, general committee) to send their names and a short bio to <info@vizion7.org>. We would be particularly keen to hear from those wishing to fill the role of Secretary as this has been vacant for three years.
