A few quick items ahead of our AGM on Tuesday.

1. First of all, the meeting will be held at 7pm on Zoom. We will send out a link beforehand, but please be sure to have Zoom updated to the latest version. It will also be a good idea to be sure you're somewhre with sufficient bandwidth for a couple of hours.
2. The first order of business will be to approve the minutes from last year's AGM. You can find those attached to this post.
3. We are still looking for a Secretary, which we have been without for several years now. The Secretary's main responsibility is to ensure that minutes are produced and distributed for meetings (although another member may actually take the minutes for a given meeting). The Secretary also helps communicate with members. Please contact info@vizion7.org if you are considering standing for that position or any other.
